Drop the requirement of "-master" suffix in node names because:
1. "Master" word is discouraged and MIPI Alliance renamed it to
"Controller".
2. Some devices can operate in Controller (Master) or Target mode, thus
the name is not accurate in such cases.
3. Other buses, like I2C controllers, use simple "i2c".

Add a devicetree binding for the ast2600 i3c controller hardware. This
is heavily based on the designware i3c core, plus a reset facility
and two platform-specific properties:
- sda-pullup-ohms: to specify the value of the configurable pullup
resistors on the SDA line
- aspeed,global-regs: to reference the (ast2600-specific) i3c global
register block, and the device index to use within it.

Adding checks for undocumented compatible strings reveals a bunch of
warnings in the DT binding examples. Fix the cases which are typos, just
a mismatch between the schema and the example, or aren't documented at all.
In a couple of cases, fixing the compatible revealed some schema errors
which are fixed.
There's a bunch of others remaining after this which have bindings, but
those aren't converted to schema yet.

Update a little bit the content to match the bus binding, including:
- the node title should have been named after the description done
in the historical i3c.txt file, ie: i3c-master@<address>
- child nodes should be accepted even though the drivers do not currently
support it
- #address-cells and #size-cells are also mandatory and have specific
values

The MIPI I3C HCI (Host Controller Interface) specification defines
a common software driver interface to support compliant MIPI I3C
host controller hardware implementations from multiple vendors.
All that is needed is an I/O area and an interrupt signal;. The hardware
is self-advertising wrt its implementor and implemented capabilities so
there is currently no details that the driver can't figure out on its own.
