The USB controllers in the i.MX8MP are located inside the HSIO
power domain. Add the power-domains property to the DT binding
to be able to describe the hardware properly.

This adds bindings for features in the USB glue block. They allow
setting polarity of PWR and OC as well as disabling port power control.
Also permanently attached can be annotated as well.
Additional IO address and clock are needed.

File snps,dwc3.yaml describes the schema of Synopsys DesignWare USB3
Controller, it directly or indirectly contains "$ref: usb.yaml". So the
node name of "snps,dwc3" must start with "usb". Otherwise, the following
warning will be displayed:
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/usb/fsl,imx8mp-dwc3.example.dt.yaml: \
dwc3@38100000: $nodename:0: 'dwc3@38100000' does not match '^usb(@.*)?'
From schema: Documentation/devicetree/bindings/usb/snps,dwc3.yaml
In addition, replace "type: object" with "$ref: snps,dwc3.yaml#". Ensure
that all properties of the child node comply with snps,dwc3.yaml.

NXP imx8mp integrates 2 dwc3 3.30b IP and add some wakeup logic
to support low power mode, the glue layer is for this wakeup
functionality, which has a separated interrupt, can support
wakeup from U3 and connect events for host, and vbus wakeup for
device.
