Pull input updates from Dmitry Torokhov:
- the main change is a fix for my brain-dead patch to PS/2 button
reporting for some protocols that made it in 4.17
- there is a new driver for Spreadtum vibrator that I intended to send
during merge window but ended up not sending the 2nd pull request.
Given that this is a brand new driver we should not see regressions
here
- a fixup to Elantech PS/2 driver to avoid decoding errors on Thinkpad

Add support for DMAs to STM32 timers. STM32 Timers can support up to 7
dma requests: up to 4 channels, update, compare and trigger.
DMAs may be used to transfer data from pwm capture for instance.
DMA support is made optional, PWM capture support is also an option.
This is much more wise system-wide to avoid shortage on DMA request
lines as there's significant amount of timer instances that can
request up to 7 channels.

This patch adds i.MX7 thermal sensor support, most
of the i.MX7 thermal sensor functions are same with
i.MX6 except the registers offset/layout, so we move
those registers offset/layout definitions to soc data
structure.
i.MX7 uses single calibration data @25C, the calibration
data is located at OCOTP offset 0x4F0, bit[17:9], the
formula is as below:
Tmeas = (Nmeas - n1) + 25; n1 is the fuse value for 25C.

"This is a branch with a few merge requests that either came in late,
or took a while longer for us to review and merge than usual and thus

Handling of special clock operations on power domain on/off sequences has
been moved to respective Exynos clock controller drivers, so there is no
need to keep the duplicated (and conflicting) code in Exynos power domain
driver. Mark clock related properties in Exynos power domain bindings as
deprecated. This change has no inpact on backwards-compatibility, as the
new drivers properly work with old DTBs (deprecated properties are
ignored).

Pull ARM SoC device tree updates from Olof Johansson:
"As always, a large number of DT updates. Too many to enumerate them
all, but at a glance:
New SoCs introduced in this release:
- Amlogic:
+ Meson 8M2 SoC, a.k.a. S812. A quad Cortex-A9 SoC used in some
set top boxes and other products.
- Mediatek:
+ MT7623A, which is a flavor of the MT7623 family with other
on-chip ethernet options.
- Qualcomm:
+ SDM845, a.k.a Snapdragon 845, an 4+4-core Kryo 385/845
(Cortex-A75/A55 derivative) SoC that's one of the current
high-end mobile SoCs.
It's great to see mainline support for it. So far, you can't do
much with it, since a lot of peripherals are not yet in the DTs
but driver support for USB, GPU and other pieces are starting to
trickle in. This might end up being a well-supported SoC
upstream if the momentum keeps up.
- Renesas:
+ R8A77990, a.k.a R-Car E3, a new automotive
entertainment-targeted SoC. Currently only one Cortex-A53 CPU is
enabled, we are eagerly awaiting more. So far, basic drivers
such as serial, gpios, PMU and ethernet are enabled.
+ R8A77470, a.k.a. RZ/G1C, a new dual Cortex-A7 SoC with PowerVR
GPU. Same here, basic set of drivers such as serial, gpios and
ethernet enabled, and SMP support is also forthcoming.
- STMicroelectronics:
+ STM32F469, very similar tih STM32F429 but with display support
Enhancements to SoCs/platforms (DTS contents, some driver portions
might not be in yet):
- Allwinner sun8i (h3/a33/a83t) SMP, DVFS tweaks, misc
- Amlogic Meson: I2C, UFS, TDM, GPIO external interrupts, MMC resets
- Hisilicon hi3660: Thermal cooling, CPU frequency scaling, mailbox interfaces
- Marvell Berlin2CD: SMP support, thermal sensors
- Mediatek MT7623: Highspeed DMA, audio support
- Qualcomm IPQ8074 PCIe support, MSM8996 UFS support
- Renesas: Watchdog and PMU support across many platforms
- Rockchip RK3399: USB3 OTG support
- Samsung Exynos: Audio-over-HDMI on Odroid X/X2/U3
- STMicro STM32: Lots of peripherals added to STM32MP175C
- Uniphier: Ethernet support

a supported board.
This allows to use checkpatch.pl to validate .dts files referring to
the V3HSK board.

No driver change is needed as the fallback strings will activate

There is an inconsistency between the use of M3N and M3-N.
This patch resolves this by consistently using the latter.

New hardware support added:
USB controllers for AST2400 and AST2500 which have drivers
merged in 4.18.
Hardware random number generator which we made enhancements to many
releases ago, but never added the device tree parts.
Misc changes to support watchdog and gpio-keys features used by
OpenBMC systems.
New machines:
Intel S2600WF, an Intel platform family with an ASPEED AST2500 BMC.
Inventec Lanyang, a Power 9 platform with AST2500.
Portwell Neptune, a x86 server development kit with an AST2500.
