g10: Remove bogus comment.
* g10/mainproc.c (proc_pubkey_enc): Remove a comment. -- GnuPG always uses the OpenPGP algo number in its status report. We can find a function in GPGME, it's _gpgme_map_pk_algo. Signed-off-by: NIIBE Yutaka <gniibe@fsij.org>
