The arm dts directory has grown to 1559 boards which makes it a bit
unwieldy to maintain and use. Past attempts stalled out due to plans to
move .dts files out of the kernel tree. Doing that is no longer planned
(any time soon at least), so let's go ahead and group .dts files by
vendors. This move aligns arm with arm64 .dts file structure.
There's no change to dtbs_install as the flat structure is maintained on
install.
The naming of vendor directories is roughly in this order of preference:
- Matching original and current SoC vendor prefix/name (e.g. ti, qcom)
- Current vendor prefix/name if still actively sold (SoCs which have
been aquired) (e.g. nxp/imx)
- Existing platform name for older platforms not sold/maintained by any
company (e.g. gemini, nspire)
The whole move was scripted with the exception of MAINTAINERS and a few
makefile fixups.

Using full paths to extend or override a device tree node is error prone
since if there was a typo error, a new node will be created instead of
extending the node as it was desired. This will lead to run-time errors
that could be hard to detect.
A mistyped label on the other hand, will cause a dtc compile error
(during build time).

The S3C RTC requires 32768 Hz clock as input which is provided by PMIC
(Maxim MAX8997). However there is no clock provided for the PMIC and
the driver registers the clock as regulator. This is an old driver
which will not be updated so add a workaround:
1. Enable the "clock" regulator in PMIC,
2. Add a fixed-clock to fill missing clock phandle reference in S3C RTC.
This allows to enable the S3C RTC and fixes dtbs_check warnings:
arch/arm/boot/dts/exynos4210-trats.dt.yaml: rtc@10070000: clocks: [[5, 346]] is too short

Each CPU can (and does) participate in cooling down the system but the
DT only captures a handful of them, normally CPU0, in the cooling maps.
Things work by chance currently as under normal circumstances its the
first CPU of each cluster which is used by the operating systems to
probe the cooling devices. But as soon as this CPU ordering changes and
any other CPU is used to bring up the cooling device, we will start
seeing failures.
Also the DT is rather incomplete when we list only one CPU in the
cooling maps, as the hardware doesn't have any such limitations.
Update cooling maps to include all devices affected by individual trip
points.

"DT changes continue to be the bulk of our merge window contents.
We continue to have a large set of changes across the board as new

Some of the new platforms are:
- Alphascale ASM9260
- Marvell Armada 388
- CSR Atlas7
- TI Davinci DM816x
- Hisilicon HiP01
- ST STiH418
There have also been some sweeping changes, including relicensing of
DTS contents from GPL to GPLv2+/X11 so that the same files can be
reused in other non-GPL projects more easily. There's also been
changes to the DT Makefile to make it a little less conflict-ridden
and churny down the road"

All currently supported boards use hsotg/dwc2 controller in device
('peripheral') mode, so add property which sets correct operation mode.
This patch fixes support in recent changes in dwc2 driver, which added
support for dual-role devices.

Specify the default mux and divider clocks in device tree
to ensure the FIMC devices on Trats, Trats2, Universal_c210
and Odroid X2/U3 boards are clocked from recommended clock
source and with maximum supported frequency.
For Trats2 also the MIPI-CSIS and the camera sensor clocks
are configured, the 'clock-frequency' property is deprecated
in favour of 'assigned-clock-rates' property.

and trats boards
Exynos cpufreq drivers does not support device tree based regulator
lookup, so it can get the VDD ARM regulator only by its name. To get
cpufreq working for now, this patch works this around by renaming the
regulator in board dts files to vdd_arm, which is the name expected by
the driver.
This fixes a regression introduced by dropping support of board file
based bootup of Exynos 4210 boards that rendered cpufreq inoperable on
Trats and Origen boards.
